Alumni inspire students at Nath Valley School
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Nath Valley School hosted the second edition of its distinctive alumni meet ‘Brew and Bond - Brewing Stories, Building Bonds’ on Saturday bringing together accomplished former students for an inspiring and insightful interaction with the current students. Conceptualised by Dr Monika Dass, the initiative aims to strengthen the bond between the institution and its alumni while offering students valuable exposure to the real-world experiences.Nine distinguished alumni - Executive Director, Lokmat Media Group Karan Darda; Staff Scientist, University of Chicago Dr Shweta Bhogale; Principal TPM at Gigure AI and Lecturer at North-eastern University Dr Vikrant Nanda; Co-founder and CEO, Simply Fleet Mrigaen Kapadia; Founder of Visteria and Visteria Advisory Utsav Machhar; Consultant Intensivist and Physician, FNB (Critical Care) Dr Sagar Sinha; Owner of Radhika Pitti Studio Radhika Pitti; Founder, Tiny Homz Pritika Chatterjee Todi, and Clinical Psychologist Dr Sharvari Bakshi - shared their experiences.
Dr Monika Dass highlighted the significance of such reunions in bridging the gap between the past and the present. Director of NVS Ranjit Dass voiced confidence that the alumni would continue to bring greater recognition to the school on a global platform. Principal Dr Swarup Dutta underscored the pivotal role of alumni as the institution’s ‘invisible yet powerful force.’
The alumni urged students to persevere, push their limits and embrace failure as a stepping stone to success. They advised students to cultivate a positive mindset and confront challenges with confidence and resilience.
Vice Principal Aparna Mathur proposed a vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Activities Coordinator Seema Suresh. Headmistress Sarabjit Dasgupta, Administrator Nitin Chavan, along with faculty members and students were present.
