AMC detects 15 COVID patients on Thursday

Aurangabad, Dec 3:

The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) health officials conducted 186 antigen and 786 RT-PCR tests (total 972 tests) at its COVID Care Centres (CCCs) and different places in the city and traced 15 Covid-19 patients today.

The health teams conducted 47 antigen tests at the CCCs and found three Covid-19 patients. The AMC personnel also held 174 RT-PCR tests.

Meanwhile, the Special Task Force, by visiting different parts of the city, conducted 104 antigen tests and detected 11 Covid-19 patients, apart from 454 RT-PCR tests on suspects.

According to AMC data, GMCH conducted 27 RT-PCR tests, District Civil Hospital conducted two and private laboratories conducted 129 RT-PCR tests today. Meanwhile, the private laboratories also conducted 35 antigen tests and found one Covid-19 patient, who hails from the area, outside the AMC limit. The AMC will receive the reports of all RT-PCR tests tomorrow.
