The president of the Aurangabad Jilha Bhikku Sangh Bhante Karunanad Thero received the prestigious ‘World Peace Grand Award’. The award is instituted by the International Interchange Development Association and is given every year for the excellent contribution in the field of social services. Bhante Karunanad Thero is working in the religious and social field across the state for the past several years through the Vipassana Education and Social Trust. He is being congratulated by various strata of the society for the award.
