Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

The Bharatiya Janata Party organised an intellectual training session for corporators on Sunday, marking the occasion of International Women’s Day. The training programme for corporators was held at the party’s divisional office in Chikalthana.

OBC welfare minister Atul Save, mayor Sameer Rajurkar, city president Kishor Shitole, municipal group leader Govind Kendre, general secretary Chhaya Khajekar and Tarachand Gaikwad were present.

During the session, corporators were guided on resolving public issues, maintaining cordial relations with officials and upholding discipline and decorum in the municipal council hall. Minister Save, Shitole and the mayor addressed the corporators on various topics.

While guiding them, Save emphasised strengthening the organisation and appealed to corporators to work sincerely to earn the trust of the people. He also said that every corporator should effectively fulfil their responsibilities for the overall development of the city.

Shitole explained the importance of organisational discipline, work methodology and functioning according to the party’s ideology. He also urged corporators to remain in constant contact with citizens and address their problems promptly.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, women corporators present at the programme were felicitated with bouquets.
