The Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA), in collaboration with MIT, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, has launched a joint skill development initiative aimed at strengthening the region’s industrial and professional ecosystem.

An MoU has been signed to conduct half-day and full-day training programmes throughout the year for industry professionals, management executives and young professionals. The sessions will cover strategic communication, leadership development, emotional intelligence, productivity, stress management, innovation and problem-solving. The first session, titled ‘Strategic Communication and Influence’, will be held on April 16 from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm at CMIA Hall, Bajaj Bhavan, Railway Station MIDC. It will be conducted by Prof Sachin Lomte, Head of the Management Department at MIT, and will focus on leadership communication, ethical persuasion, crisis communication and data storytelling. The initiative aims to enhance leadership capabilities and improve decision-making across industries in the Marathwada region.
