The Corona crisis is receding in the district since the beginning of October. In September, 10,188 patients increased while 4,493 in October. Hence, 56 percent of patients have reduced in the district now.

The Corona crisis became severe in September in the district. Every day, around 300 to 400 patients were found positive. There were not cots available in the hospitals. However, the situation changed in October and the number of positive patients decreased in October. Moreover, the number of recovered patients also increased in October. Hence, at the end of October, only 500 patients were being treated in the district.

In September 30, the patients being treated were 5,211 which was 461 on October 31.
