Aurangabad, March 5: The minister of state for revenue and rural development Abdul Sattar inaugurated the Cardio Vascular Thoracic Surgery (CVTS) department here at International Hospital, recently.

MLA Atul Save, MLC Satish Chavan, dean GMCH Dr Kanan Yelikar, deputy dean, MGM Medical College Dr Praveen Suryavanshi and former chief engineer PWD M M Khan were the guests of honour.

The dignitaries appreciated the vision of hospital director Dr Afzal Khan in establishing this cardiac centre. International Hospital is a Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Arogya Yojna empanelled Hospital in which open heart surgeries and other cardiac procedures will be performed.
