Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: To nurture the hidden talents of students and prepare them for future challenges, the 'Talent Hunt' examination, jointly conducted by 'Lokmat Times Campus Club' and 'Gaikwad Classes'. The prize distribution ceremony of the examination was held at Tapadia Natyamandir on Sunday with great enthusiasm.

An inspiring seminar on '5 Rules of Success' captivated the students and parents present. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp by Prof. Ramdas Gaikwad, Founder of Gaikwad Group of Institutions, and Managing Director Kulbhushan Gaikwad.

Distinguished guests were welcomed at the event. Meghna Deshpande, Vinay Verma and Deepak Pandey provided valuable guidance to students on career development and personality growth.

The highlight of the programme was the guidance by Prof. Ramdas Gaikwad. While interacting with students, he said that Classes 11 and 12 are the most crucial phase in a student's life, as they determine the direction of their entire future. Explaining the 5 Rules of Success, he emphasised that success does not depend on luck; it is entirely in the students' own hands.

Students were presented with attractive trophies and certificates. Notably, these meritorious students were announced 90% scholarship from Gaikwad Classes for their further education.
