Findability Sciences Pvt. Ltd., Nath School of Business & Technology, and MMRI Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital have signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly research, develop, test, and deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based healthcare solutions in Mumbai on Thrusday.
The collaboration will focus on clinical decision support, diagnostic augmentation, predictive analytics, operational optimisation, improved patient outcomes, and hospital efficiency. Under the agreement, Findability Sciences will lead AI architecture, model development, platforms, and governance. Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital will provide clinical expertise, anonymised data in compliance with statutory norms, and access to clinical environments for validation. Nath School will contribute faculty expertise, research support, and student participation for applied research and documentation. The MoU was signed by founder & CEO Anand Mahurkar Findability Sciences, Dr George Fernandes, representing MMRI Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital, and director Harsh Vardhan Jajoo Nath School of Business & Technology. The partnership aims to bridge AI research and real-world healthcare deployment while enabling publication of non-confidential academic outcomes, reinforcing responsible AI innovation in India.
