Aurangabad, Dec 11:

The bureaucrats including the district collector Sunil Chavan, the municipal commissioner Astik Kumar Pandey and the commissioner of police Nikhil Gupta today inspected the preparations of the chief minister''s function at Garware Sports Stadium, today morning. The venue is all set to welcome the CM tomorrow afternoon.

The entry will be strict to the invitees only. The seating arrangement of 300 invitees is made in the main pandal. Besides, there will be selected dignitaries on the dais. There will be live broadcasting of the event on the news channels as well as on social media. Besides, screens have been fixed for the convenience of the people.

The municipal administrator was taking rigorous efforts for the past two days to make adequate arrangements at the venue. He had formed a committee of key officers and gave them different responsibilities. Accordingly, the civic officers were working day and night at the stadium. Meanwhile, the officials also filled the potholes on the main road extended from Jalgaon Road to the venue. Besides, the encroachments on both the sides of the road have also removed. Later on, the solid waste management officials undertook the task of cleaning the campus of venue. All the preparations got completed by today evening.
