JSW Motors Limited, the new energy passenger vehicle arm of the JSW Group, held its first supplier partner conference and tech show at its Bidkin manufacturing facility on Wednesday.

The event was organised in association with the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA). More than 100 auto-component manufacturers participated, reflecting strong industry interest as the company prepares for its first new energy vehicle launch in the coming months. The conference focused on building a resilient and localised supply chain aligned with JSW Motors’ product and technology roadmap. CEO Ranjan Nayak said the company is committed to developing world-class mobility solutions supported by a strong domestic supplier ecosystem. He described the meet as a key step toward strengthening long-term partnerships and accelerating localisation. ACMA president Vikrampati Singhania said the transition to new energy vehicles requires early alignment between automakers and suppliers on technology direction and scale.
