Aurangabad, Feb 2: The Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Agriculture University, Parbhani has awarded gold medal to Mahesh Sonawane, a student of MIT College of Food Technology, Aurangabad, for the academic year 2017-18. He obtained the first division with distinction and scored 8.72 CGPA in his B Tech (Food Tech) degree course. Mahesh is pursuing his higher studies (MS) in International Business Management (Food Technology) at Edinburgh Napier University, London.

MIT director general Munish Sharma and principal Dr Ashok Rodge congratulated Mahesh and staff members of MIT CFT for the achievement. Mahesh will soon be awarded the gold medal at the 23rd convocation programme at the university.
