Man Booked for Secretly video recording woman while Bathing

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: In a shocking incident, a 32-year-old woman was secretly doing video recording when she was bathing. This incident occured at Gangapur tehsil, around 7 am on Tuesday.

A case was registered against the accused under various sections, including provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

According to details, the victim had gone to bathe in a bathroom adjacent to her house when her neighbour, Ashok Bari, allegedly recorded a video of her on his mobile phone without her knowledge.

Disturbed by the incident, the woman immediately approached the Gangapur Police Station and lodged a complaint. Based on her statement, police registered a case against the accused at around 1 pm,the same day. An investigation is currently underway under the supervision of Sub-Divisional Police Officer Dr Nilesh Palve.
