Aurangabad, May 15:
One dies and three others injured as a speeding container
dashed a motorcycle on Beed Highway near Adgaon Phata on Saturday afternoon. The
deceased has been identified as Shaikh Hasim Shaikh Musa (35, Mukundwadi). His
wife Shaikh Rafia (30), daughter Shaikh Ansa (11) and son Shaikh Arman (9) were
severely injured.
Shaikh Hasim was going with his family on the motorcycle (MH
20 DH 8751) to Kadrabad on Saturday at around 3.30 pm. A speeding container (MH
13 R 2554) dashed his motorcycle and the entire family fall from the
motorcycle. The container driver fled away from the scene. The nearby residents
informed about the accident to the Chikalthana police. The police rushed to the
spot and took the injured to the Government Hospital where the doctors declared
Hasim dead after examination. His wife, son and daughter were admitted in the
private hospital at Mukundwadi. A case has been registered at the Chikalthana
police station.
