More cautious due to paper leaking

The university has become more cautious after the B.Com final year paper was leaked near an examination centre in the city on April 11.

Dr B. N. Dole said that measures were put in place to ensure copy-free, transparent examinations and faster declaration of results.

He said that external supervisors are being appointed at every examination centre to conduct PG examinations in a copy-free environment.

“Flying squads have been constituted district-wise and route-wise, with chairpersons and members appointed to make surprise visits to examination centres to ensure a copy-free atmosphere. For smooth conduct of examinations and timely declaration of results, one Principal has been appointed as District Coordinator for each of the four districts,” he said.
