Rameshwar Rodge takes charge as SDM

Aurangabad, Nov 20: Rameshwar Rodge has taken charge as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Former SDM Dr Gyanoba Banapure has been transferred to the post of deputy collector (Election) in Jalna. Rodge was transferred to Aurangabad on October 1. However, Dr Banapure had approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal against the transfer. His transfer was also postponed. However, he withdrew his petition from MAT, allowing Rodge to take over. Rodge took charge last week.
