Aurangabad, Dec 7: Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University has conferred Ph D degree on Shaikh Irfana Ahmed Shaikh for her thesis titled ‘A study of HR Practices in selected Pharmaceutical industries in Maharashtra’ in the subject of business administration in commerce and management faculty. She was guided by Dr Zartaj Kasmi.
