Son-in-law attacked in in-laws’ home along with wife

A man visiting his in-laws’ home to drop off his children was assaulted and seriously injured by his wife and two other women. The incident occurred on the 8th in Gulabwadi, Jaybhim Nagar. The injured, Rahul Agale (37), a fruit seller, had gone to the in-laws’ home around 10.30 am to drop the children. His wife, Asmit, confronted him, saying, “Why did you come here? Don’t come here again,” and began assaulting him. Along with her, Asha Hivrale and Savri Hivrale beat him and struck his head with a wooden stick. A case has been registered against the three at the City Chowk police station.
