Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

The maximum temperature in the city on Tuesday was recorded at 40.5°C, while the minimum temperature stood at 26.7°C. Although temperatures had dipped slightly on two days last week, the heat persisted.

The weather department has issued a warning of unseasonal rainfall in the district until April 23. Currently, temperatures are fluctuating. On six out of the past eight days, the maximum temperature had crossed 41°C. On Tuesday, it dropped by 1°C, but the intensity of the heat remained unchanged.
