Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

The city and surrounding areas recorded a maximum temperature of 41.5°C on Wednesday, while the minimum temperature stood at 26.9°C. Although the mercury has dipped by 1.8°C since April 26, residents have found little relief from the heat. Scorching conditions persisted between 11 am and 5 pm, and even after sunset, humidity levels remained high.

After recording a three-year high of 43.4°C on April 26, the temperature dropped by 0.4°C on Monday to 43°C. On Tuesday, it further declined by 0.2°C to 42.8°C. By Wednesday, the maximum temperature fell to 41.5°C, marking a drop of 1.3°C compared to Tuesday.

Rise in maximum temperature:

April 25: 41.8°C

April 26: 43.3°C

April 27: 43.0°C

April 28: 42.8°C

April 29: 41.5°C
