During a power outage, Mahavitaran linemen respond immediately. They climb electric poles with dedication, often working in difficult conditions. Whether in extreme heat, heavy rain, or strong winds, they restore electricity to homes across the city and rural areas. Their work ensures a continuous power supply, but their efforts often go unnoticed.

469 linemen keep the city powered

Mahavitaran manages 26 branch offices, eight subdivisions, two divisions and 1 city circle. In a city with 3.5 lakh consumers, 469 linemen work relentlessly to maintain a steady power supply, according to Mahavitaran officials.
