CMIA-MIT launch joint skill development initiative
WITH PHOTO Lokmat News NetworkChhatrapati SambhajinagarThe Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA), in collaboration with Marathwada Institute of Technology (MIT), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, has launched a joint skill development initiative aimed at strengthening the region’s industrial and professional ecosystem.A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed to conduct half-day and full-day training programmes throughout the year for industry professionals, management executives and young professionals. The sessions will cover strategic communication, leadership development, emotional intelligence, productivity, stress management, innovation and problem-solving. The first session, titled ‘Strategic Communication and Influence,’ was held at CMIA Hall, Bajaj Bhavan, Railway Station MIDC on Thursday. It was conducted by Sachin Lomte, head of the management department at MIT, and focused on leadership communication, ethical persuasion, crisis communication and data storytelling. The initiative aims to enhance leadership capabilities and improve decision-making across industries in the Marathwada region.
