Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
A two-day spiritual workshop aimed at addressing mental stress and emotional imbalance is being organised by Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya under the guidance of BK Manoj Kotwal. The programme, titled ‘I have god’s powers’, will be held on Tuesday, 3 February, and Wednesday, 4 February 2026, from 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm at Lok Kalyan Samiti near the Hanuman Temple, Kamgar Chowk, N-4, Cidco.
The workshop is being organised in response to increasing levels of stress, anxiety and frustration caused by today’s fast-paced and competitive lifestyle. The sessions are based on concepts from the Gita, including the idea that personal change can lead to wider social change. Corporate trainer and counsellor,BK Manoj Kotwal will guide the discussions, drawing from his experience in stress management and counselling.
In addition to the workshop sessions, a devotional musical programme will be held from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm on both days. The programme is open to people of all age groups and backgrounds and participation is free. Further information is available on 9420179262 or 8484989262.
