A young man was allegedly assaulted by a group after he refused to edit a video without payment. The incident occurred at Nirlap Company in the Railway Station area.

According to police, the accused called the victim outside the company premises and demanded that he edit a video free of charge. When he declined, stating that he would not work without payment, four youths verbally abused him and brutally assaulted him. He was punched in the stomach and sustained serious injuries.

The accused have been identified as Sanket Kharat (20) and his three associates. Based on a complaint filed by Akash Bidkar (Dwarakapuri, Osmanpura), Satara police have registered a case and further investigation is underway.
