Aurangabad, Sept 24:

The Youth Congress today staged ''Mashal Morcha'', to register their protest against farm bills passed by the union Government recently, at Kranti Chowk. The agitation was a part of a nationwide protest called on by the party.

The venue reverberated with the slogans '' Kisano Ke Samman Mein, Youth Congress Maidan Mein'', The agitators also accused the centre of exploiting farmers and appealed Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi to take the lead.

The office-bearers and members of Youth Congress participated in large number. The city president Muzaffar Khan Pathan, district president Pankaj Thombre, city president (Schedule Caste Cell) Arun Shirsaat, speaker Nilesh Ambewadikar, NSUI''s Mohit Jadhav, Akhil Patel, Adv Syed Akram, Anurag Shinde, Gaurav Jaiswal, Mohsin Khan, Amir Rafiq Khan, Salman Nawab Patel, Syed Zubair, Satyajeet Somwanshi, Devraj Rajade and Yogesh Bahadure also participated in the agitation.
