It took the team almost three years of acquainting and gaining mastery over each step involved in the tree to bar cycle to identify the most optimal conditions to create high quality chocolate from Indian cacao. Prathina holds a level 2 certification as a chocolate taster from IICCT that gives her the technical edge while assessing their products for quality control.
