Tenneco Clean Air India shares were listed on Wednesday at Rs 505, which is 27.20% higher then the IPO issue price, which opened for subscription on November 12, 2025, to November 14, 2025. The Rs 3,600 crore IPO was booked 53.81 times with qualified institutional buyers subscribed by 149.85 times, non-institutional investors taken4.66 over 40.44, while retail individual investors invested 4.66 times. 

The share allotment of Tenneco Clean Air India IPO was finalised on November 17 and its shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today (November 19).

The share price of Tenneco Clean Air India (TENNIND) was listed at Rs 505, up from its IPO issue price, which was Rs 397 at around 10.15 am. The company’s market cap was Rs 20,262.95 crore. On BSE at around  10.15 am, Tenneco Clean Air share price was trading at Rs 510.60 up by 2.53% form its opening price of Rs 498 and 28.61% up from its issue price of Rs 397.
