England Women’s Cricket Team have announced a 15-player squad for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, with Nat Sciver-Brunt set to captain the side in the tournament starting June 12 at Edgbaston.
Sciver-Brunt will lead England in her seventh T20 World Cup appearance. She will be supported by Charlie Dean, who has been named vice-captain.
The squad includes uncapped 18-year-old spinner Tilly Corteen-Coleman, who earns her maiden international call-up. Fast bowlers Issy Wong and Lauren Filer are also set to feature in their first T20 World Cup campaigns.
Experienced batter Danni Wyatt-Hodge will appear in her eighth T20 World Cup, adding experience to a squad that blends youth and depth. The pace attack is expected to be led by Lauren Bell, while the side boasts multiple all-round options.
Sciver-Brunt said leading England at home was a significant honor.
"It is a huge honour to be leading England into a T20 World Cup at home in front of family and friends and all our passionate supporters. We have all been looking forward to this summer and this tournament for some time now and the naming of the squad means it is almost here and we can’t wait to get out onto the field and give it everything to win this World Cup again."
England will play warm-up fixtures against New Zealand and India ahead of the tournament.
