IPL 2026, RR vs LSG Today Match: Mohammed Shami and Mohsin Khan led a disciplined bowling performance as Lucknow Super Giants restricted Rajasthan Royals to 159 for 6 in their Indian Premier League match on Wednesday.

Rajasthan’s top order struggled again, failing to build a platform for the third straight game. Early wickets put pressure on the middle order, preventing the team from gaining momentum.

Shami returned figures of 2 for 30 in four overs, while Mohsin maintained tight lines and extracted bounce to trouble the batters.

The duo removed key players, including Yashasvi Jaiswal and Dhruv Jurel early in the innings. They also accounted for Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Shimron Hetmyer, further denting Rajasthan’s progress.

Prince Yadav picked up two wickets with a controlled spell, adding to the pressure. Mayank Yadav, returning from injury, appeared short of rhythm.

Rajasthan captain Riyan Parag was unable to anchor the innings, continuing his run of low scores.

Lucknow’s bowlers kept the scoring rate in check, with Shami and Mohsin combining for 26 dot balls.

Wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant contributed with two catches, including dismissals of Jaiswal and Jurel.

Despite an unbeaten late effort from Rovman Powell, Rajasthan finished with a below-par total on the surface.
