Powered by half-centuries from Heinrich Klaasen and Ishan Kishan, SRH posted a massive 235/4 before securing a 33-run victory to move to the top of the points table.

Klaasen strengthened his hold on the Orange Cap after smashing 69 runs off 43 balls. The South African wicketkeeper-batter now has 494 runs from 11 matches at an average of 54.89 and a strike rate of 157.32. He also became the first batter this season to cross the 490-run mark.

SRH opener Abhishek Sharma remained in second place with 475 runs in 11 matches. The left-hander continued his impressive campaign after scoring a quickfire 35 off just 13 deliveries against PBKS.

KL Rahul of Delhi Capitals stayed third in the standings with 445 runs, while Kishan climbed to fourth position with 409 runs after his 55-run knock in Hyderabad.

Young Rajasthan Royals batter Vaibhav Sooryavanshi completed the top five with 404 runs in 10 matches.

In the Purple Cap standings, Bhuvneshwar Kumar of Royal Challengers Bengaluru continued to lead the wicket-taking charts with 17 wickets from nine matches.

Anshul Kamboj of Chennai Super Kings also has 17 wickets but remained second due to a slightly inferior economy rate.

Kagiso Rabada occupied the third spot with 16 wickets for Gujarat Titans, while SRH pacer Eshan Malinga moved to fourth place after taking another wicket against PBKS.

Jofra Archer rounded off the top five with 15 wickets for Rajasthan Royals.
