Here Is CSK’s Predicted XI for Match 63 of IPL 2026 Against SRH:

Sanju Samson and Ruturaj Gaikwad are expected to continue as CSK’s opening pair. Samson has been Chennai’s standout batter this season and already has two centuries to his name in IPL 2026.

Gaikwad has also regained form after a slow start to the campaign and will once again lead the side in a must-win encounter.

Young batter Urvil Patel is likely to retain his place at No. 3 after impressing with his aggressive strokeplay in recent matches.

The biggest question ahead of the match remains the availability of MS Dhoni. The veteran wicketkeeper-batter has not played a match in IPL 2026 so far due to a calf injury, although he has regularly trained with the squad.

If declared fit, Dhoni could replace Kartik Sharma in the playing XI for what will be CSK’s final home game of the season.

Dewald Brevis and Shivam Dube will be expected to deliver in the middle order after inconsistent performances this season. Prashant Veer is also likely to retain his place as the seam-bowling all-round option.

Afghanistan spinner Noor Ahmad will continue to lead the spin department, while Spencer Johnson, Mukesh Choudhary and Gurjapneet Singh are likely to complete the bowling unit.
