Indian cricket team batsman Rishabh Pant was seriously injured in an accident while on his way to his native Roorkee to meet his mother. He suffered serious injuries to his head, back and legs. His condition is stable after the accident.

The bus driver and other employees of the Haryana Transport Board helped Rishabh get out of the burning Mercedes Benz, Haridwar Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh said.

Haryana Transport Corporation bus driver and conductor who saved Rishabh Pant from a horrific accident has been felicitated by Panipat Depot. The two names are Sushil Mann and Paramjit Singh.

Rishabh Pant was first helped by a bus driver when his car met with an accident. A bus driver named Sushil Kumar gave a hand to the limp briber Rishabh who was covered in blood.

An ambulance was called and he was sent to the hospital. But the moment when Rishabh's car fell over the devire was so terrifying that the bus driver gave up hope.

Sushil Kumar is a driver of Haryana Roadways. He was coming from Haridwar. As he approached Narsan, he saw a car coming from Delhi hit the divider at a speed of 60-70 mph. After jumping over the divider, the car hit the opposite road and started skidding, the driver said.

This car came right in front of our bus. It seemed to hit the bus. We also thought that we would not be able to save anyone if it collided. Because there was a distance of 50 meters between the car and the bus. The bus had to stop at that distance. Meanwhile, I took the bus from the service line to the first lane.

A person fell from the car on the road. There were no clothes on. I thought it was unlikely to read. Sparks started coming from the car. We picked him up and carried him away from the car. He asked if there was anyone else in the car. Then he said I am alone.

He said I am Rishabh Pant. I don't watch much cricket, so I didn't know he was the star player of Team India, we wrapped him in a sheet, said Sushil Kumar.

Panipat Depot felicitated Sushil Mann and Paramjit Singh for this work as soon as the bus arrived at Panipat, said Depot Manager Kuldeep Zhangra. Also Chief Secretary of Haryana Transport Department Navdeep Singh also praised both of them. We are proud of both

Meanwhile, Team India's former batsman VVS Laxman also shared Sushil Kumar's photo on Twitter. Also, thank you for your selfless service, you are the real hero, he added.
