After much speculations, Neetu Kapoor yesterday confirmed that  Ranbir has been tested COVID positive. In her caption Neetu wrote, "Thank you for your concern and good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for COVID-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions." Now as per a TOI report,  Ranbir had reportedly also planned a small get-together for ladylove Alia Bhatt’s birthday on March 15.

Now, the celebrations will happen at a later date. After Ranbir, even Sanjay Leela Bhansali tested positive for COVID-19. Following the same, Alia Bhatt also took the test as she has been closely working with the two. However, Alia's test returned negative. Interestingly, RK was shooting for the last leg of Brahmastra, before he tested positive for the virus.  The actor is  currently in isolation at his flat in Bandra. Ayan Mukerji's dream project, Brahmastra, was announced in 2018. The film was scheduled to release in December 2020 but was delayed many times due to VFX works and COVID-19 related issues.
