The second wave of COVID-19 has hit India hit and a number of celebs have tested positive for the virus. Now actor Allu Arjun has also got infected by the illness. The Bunny star, informed his fans on social media as he wrote, “I have isolated myself at home and have been following all the protocols. I request all my fans and well-wishers to not worry about me as I am doing fine." Allu urged his fans to stay at home, stay safe and get vaccinated amid the rising number of Covid-19 cases across the country.

On the work front, Allu will be next seen in Pushpa.  Directed by Sukumar, the film revolves around Pushpa Raj and the smuggling of red sandalwood. It features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. The trailer of the film recently garnered 50 million views on YouTube. Allu Arjun was last seen in Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, in which he shared screen space with Pooja Hegde. The film also starred Tabu, Jayaram, Sushanth, Navdeep, Nivetha Pethuraj, Samuthirakani, Murali Sharma, Rajendra Prasad, Sunil, Sachin Khedekar and Harsha Vardhan in pivotal roles.
