A complaint was filed in a Bihar court over Sushant Singh Rajput's death on Saturday, accusing actor and girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty of 'abetting the suicide. The case which has been filed by Kundan Kumar, a resident of Patahi locality in Muzaffarpur, has alleged "financial and mental exploitation” of Sushant Singh Rajput at the hands of Rhea Chakraborty citing acts of 'abetment of suicide' in the petition. The petition has been posted before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar. The hearing will take place on June 24.

Meanwhile, Rhea in her statement to police confirmed that she was dating Sushant and revealed that they were planning to tie the knot later this year. Rhea spoke about living in with Sushant during his troubled phase. This is the second such petition in a week that has been filed before the CJM’s court in Muzaffarpur.  Earlier, a local advocate named Sudhir Kumar Ojha had filed a similar petition against many prominent movie personalities for allegedly boycotting Sushant. The complaint was filed against Ekta Kapoor, Aditya Chopra, Karan Johar, Bhushan Kumar, Salman Khan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and Sajid Nadiadwala.
