Bollywood superstar Salman Khan in a social media message shared an awareness message about COVID-19 as to how serious the situation is in the country. The Dabangg actor spoke about the important measures that one needs to undertake to protect themselves from the virus. 

Shah Rukh Khan

The Badshah of Bollywood took it to twitter to share a five-minute-long informative video highlighting the symptoms of coronavirus and what precautionary measures one should take to prevent the spread of coronavirus. In the video, each suggestion and tip is partnered with a clip from one of his films. 

Sanjay Dutt

Urging people to adhere to the instructions given by the government and stay indoors amid the rising coronavirus cases in the country, actor Sanjay Dutt on Monday shared a video message for his fans. The 60-year-old star took to Twitter to share the video message for his followers, where he instructed them to abide by the government-imposed rules and also to follow appropriate precautionary measures.

Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan took to social media to deliver a Pyaar Ka Punchnaama style monologue about the importance of social distancing in fighting the coronavirus pandemic. The target of the actor's monologue were people who are treating social distancing and work from home as an excuse to mingle with others.

Telugu actor Mahesh Babu shared a list of dos and don’ts on Instagram story that included observing good personal hygiene, frequently washing hands with soap, covering one’s mouth while sneezing and coughing, refraining from the consumption of raw or under cooked meat, and refraining from travelling to farms, live animal markets or where animals are slaughtered.

India skipper Virat Kohli and his wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma shared a thoughtful video message for their fans amidst the novel coronavirus outbreak.

Tennis player Sania Mirza requested her fans and viewers through a video to do what is required when the symptoms arise. 

PV Sindhu 

Shuttler PV Sindhu also raised awareness about the issue and said that people in the country should immediately call the helpline if they feel they are having the symptoms of coronavirus. 

Bipasha Basu

Actress Bipasha Basu shared a video on Instagram showing a recommended technique of handwashing to motivate her fans to practice good hygiene.
