Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt in her bid to spread cheer on the faces of healthcare workers in Mumbai battling against COVID-19 has donated special food boxes with a special message. A doctor, took to social media to share his happiness on receiving the assorted box of goodies. The snack box came with a meal, chocolate, a juice box, an apple, and bun. “Thank you for everything you’re doing to keep the community healthy and safe. You are the real heroes,” read Alia’s note of gratitude.

Moved by the thoughtful gesture, a doctor named Shripad Gangapurkar thanked the actress in return and said, “Thank you @aliaa08 for such a sweet surprise... much appreciated in these bitter times of pandemic..!!”When fans of the actress asked the doctor what it was, he replied saying, “Aliaa sent Chocolates as a token of gratitude to all the doctors and health care workers out there fighting the coronavirus pandemic in Mumbai.”On the work front, the actress is awaiting the release of her next ‘Brahmastra’  opposite rumored boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor.
