Dhurandhar 2 OTT Release Date in India: Dhurandhar - The Revenge (Dhurandhar 2), starring Ranveer Singh, continues to dominate headlines as fans eagerly await the film’s digital premiere. Amid growing anticipation, JioHotstar has now shared a major update regarding the OTT release of the blockbuster spy-action thriller. The streaming platform posted a teaser video on its social media handles with the caption, “Ladies and gentlemen, are you ready for this?” The video also featured the text “Exploding soon,” hinting that an official streaming announcement could be around the corner.

While the makers have not officially confirmed the streaming date, multiple reports suggest that Dhurandhar 2 is expected to premiere on Jio Hotstar on May 22.

Earlier, reports rumors claimed that the film would release digitally on May 15. However, the platform did not make any official announcement on that date, leaving fans disappointed.

Meanwhile, the film has already been released internationally on Netflix with a ‘raw and uncut’ version. The overseas version reportedly includes uncensored scenes that were removed from the Indian theatrical cut following certification guidelines.

According to reports, the uncut version contains extended violent sequences and additional scenes linked to the revenge-driven storyline of Hamza, the spy character played by Ranveer Singh. The actor’s performance in the film has received widespread praise from critics and audiences alike.

Reports suggest that the Indian OTT release will likely feature the same version that was cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), meaning the extended uncensored scenes may not be included due to streaming and censorship regulations in India.

Dhurandhar 2 has emerged as one of the biggest box-office successes of the year. The sequel has reportedly grossed Rs 1,795 crore worldwide and continues its theatrical run in India, while the two-part franchise has collectively earned more than Rs 3,100 crore globally.

The film features Ranveer Singh in the lead role, alongside Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Danish Pandor and Gaurav Gera, with Yami Gautam in a cameo appearance.
