Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 50: Ranveer Singh’s spy thriller Dhurandhar completed 50 days at the box office on Friday but recorded its lowest single-day collection so far. The film, which entered its eighth week in theatres, earned an estimated Rs 55 lakh on Day 50, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. Despite holding steady above the Rs 1 crore mark for several weeks, the film saw a sharp drop in collections on Friday. This was also its lowest Friday haul since release. Released on December 5, Dhurandhar opened to strong numbers and remained dominant for seven weeks despite facing competition from several new releases. However, collections slowed sharply in Week 7, when the film earned around Rs 13.9 crore, its lowest weekly total to date.
According to Sacnilk, the film’s total India net collection stands at Rs 831.05 crore. Its India gross is estimated at Rs 997.30 crore. Overseas collections stand at Rs 294 crore, taking the worldwide total to an estimated Rs 1,291 crore.

On Friday, January 23, 2026, Dhurandhar had an overall Hindi occupancy of 19.50% on Day 50. Morning shows were low at 8.46%. The film saw better turnout in the afternoon with 21.36% occupancy. Evening shows recorded 23.32%, while night shows were the highest at 24.84%.
The film now faces stiff competition from the war drama Border 2, which released on Friday and opened with an estimated Rs 30 crore, far ahead of Dhurandhar’s Day 50 figures. While Dhurandhar remains among the top 10 highest-grossing Hindi films, its box office run has slowed significantly, and its performance in the coming days will decide whether it can add another major milestone in its eighth week.
Dhurandhar is a hard-hitting spy thriller inspired by real events. Ranveer Singh plays Hamza Ali, an undercover RAW agent tasked with infiltrating Karachi’s criminal underworld after the 1999 Kandahar hijack and the 2001 Parliament attack. The story also touches on the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
Akshaye Khanna plays gangster Rehman Dakait. Arjun Rampal is Major Iqbal, a Pakistani ISI officer. R Madhavan plays Intelligence Chief Ajay Sanyal. Sanjay Dutt is a police officer, Aslam. The film also features Sara Arjun and a supporting cast including Manav Gohil, Danish Pandor, Saumya Tandon, Gaurav Gera, and Naveen Kaushik.
The film was released in theatres on Dec. 5, 2025. A sequel is scheduled for March 19, 2026. The makers plan to release the second part in multiple languages following audience demand.
