The much awaited trailer of Sushant Singh Rajput's last film Dil Bechara was released and within hours the trailer hit 21 million likes in 24 hours. The trailer has an astonish 4.3 million likes on YouTube. Until October 2019, Shah Rukh Khan's Zero was leading the race of being the 'most liked' Indian movie trailer by clocking 2 million likes. Later, when Bigil's trailer hit the web, it beat Zero hands down by racing ahead by getting 2.3 million likes. The trailer has also accumulated more YouTube ‘likes’ than the trailer for Avengers: Endgame. In less than 24 hours of release, the Dil Bechara trailer has been ‘liked’ over 5.4 million times.

Directed by Mukesh Chhabra, Dil Bechara is the official adaptation of famous novel, Fault In Our Stars. The film highlights the emotional journey of two hopelessly in love youngsters – a young girl (Kizie) suffering from cancer, and a boy (Manny) who she meets at a support group. The two explore the funny, thrilling, and tragic adventure of being alive and in love. Apart from lead actors Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi, Dil Bechara also stars Swastika Mukherjee, Jaaved Jaaferi, Milind Gunaji and Sahil Vaid. It features Saif Ali Khan in a cameo appearance.
