Bollywood producer Firoz Nadiadwala's house was raided by the Narcotics Control Bureau on Sunday concerning a drugs case. In a follow up operation, drugs have been seized in commercial quantity along with a hefty amount and five persons have been arrested. A team of NCB officials have intercepted one of them to be Shabana Saeed, wife of Firoz A Nadiadwala. 

Shabana Saeed is booked under Section 8C of NDPS Act (produce, manufacture, possess, sell, purchase, transport, warehouse, use, consume, import, export any kind of psychotropic substances), Section 20B of NDPS Act (produces, manufactures, possesses, sells, purchases, transports, imports inter-state, exports inter-state or uses cannabis) and Section 27 of NDPS Act (Punishment for the consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance).      

Shabana and other accused will be produced in the court on Monday. As per Mumbai NCB, film producer Firoz Nadiadwala was summoned but he hasn't joined the investigation yet.   Meanwhile, on the professional front, Firoz Nadiadwala has produced several blockbusters like 'Welcome', 'Phir Hera Pheri', 'Awara Pagal Deewana' and others.
