Ever since Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty came out of bail, her lawyer Satis Maneshinde clearly stated that the actress will leave no-one who tried to malign her image in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. Now speculations are rife that Rhea might take legal action against Sushant Singh Rajput's ex-girlfriend Anita Lokhande. However, the news hasn’t yet been confirmed by any source and it remains a wild rumour. Earlier, in her interview, Rhea called out Sushant's ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande as he alked about how the latter claimed Sushant talked to her during the shoot for Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. However, Rhea has pointed towards the fact that Ankita stated she never talked to Sushant in four years. She quotes, "How can she make such claims about me when she never spoke to Sushant for 4 years?" In another interview with NDTV, Rhea further questioned how Ankita is pretending to be Sushant's widow even though she is engaged to someone else. She even questioned how Ankita went onto date Sushant's friend post her break up. She even raised doubts about Ankita saying that Sushant called her a year back and claimed that Rhea was harassing him.
Rhea has further alleged that Ankita broke the walls and is using the same flat that the late actor paid for. She has further asked, "Had I controlled him, wouldnt I have stopped Sushant from doing that first?"Incidentally, Ankita had earlier criticized Rhea saying, would anyone, who claims to have loved someone so much, allow the other person to take drugs claiming to know his mental state and condition? This had sparked a fresh controversy in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. Then again, after Rhea’s arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau, Lokhande’s had tweeted "Nothing happens by chance, by fate. You create your own fate by your actions. That's Karma." The Mumbai High Court had granted bail to Rhea Chakraborty on October 7. After Rhea was out on bail, the court also asked her to submit her passport to the investigating agency. Rajput 34 was found dead at his residence on June 14 2020 at his Mumbai apartment. Before dating Rhea, the late actor was in a much publicized relationship with Ankita Lokhande for six years.
