A case has been registered against fraudsters in Lucknow in the name of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. A case has been registered in Hazratganj, Lucknow on charges of cheating on six people including Kiran Bawa, MD of Mumbai-based Iosis Spa and Wellness Company and Director Vinay Bhasin. Both are alleged to have invested money by offering attractive earnings while stating Shilpa Shetty as the brand ambassador of their company.

Businessman Rohitveer Singh says that Kiran Bawa gave Shilpa Shetty a franchise by offering attractive earnings while describing her as the company's brand ambassador. Under the guise of Kiran Bawa, he invested millions in the company. In this case ACP Hazratganj Abhay Kumar Mishra said that a case has been registered against others including the MD and director of the Iosis Spa Company.

The matter is currently being investigated. Rohitveer further revealed that in 2018, the manager of Iosys Spa & Wellness Private Limited Company told him that the franchise of the company had been opened in Hazratganj. If he is willing to invest, the company can franchise him. Kiran Bawa had told that Shilpa Shetty is the brand ambassador of the company and will inaugurate her franchise. Not only this, Kiran also showed many photos of Shilpa Shetty promoting the company.
