Must watch short films on tuberculosis

The Government has roped in mega star Amitabh Bachchan for its tuberculosis awareness campaign programme to help eradicate the deadly disease which inflicts almost 9 lakh people in the country annually.The megastar featured in a series of short films which is about spreading awareness about the deadly disease.

Teen Hafta Bhai

Vivek Oberoi decided to join hands with DOTS in educating people about tuberculosisassuring them that TB is curable. Delivering this message are two films by RK Swamy BBDO. One is the ‘Teen hafta bhai’ film that shows if coughing lasts for more than three weeks, it could be TB. The second film, ‘Munna’s school’, deals with the issue of stigma attached to the disease and the need to show care and support towards TB patients and their families.
