Actress Rhea Chakraborty has been summoned by the NCB tomorrow for questioning according to a report in E-Times. The Jalebi actress has been asked to joined the investigation a day after her brother Showik was arrested by NCB in the alleged drug angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. In the chat records handed over to the NCB by the Enforcement Directorate, she was seen talking about banned narcotics.
Showik had also reportedly confessed to the NCB that Rhea was indeed involved in procuring the drugs for Sushant. Meanwhile, Showik Chakraborty along with Samuel Miranda has been produced before the court. The NCB has been demanding a 7-day custody from the court, but celebrity lawyer, atish Maneshinde, who is representing Showik, is opposing the NCB remand as no seizures have been made during the raids. Also today, the CBI, along with Sushant’s sister Meetu Singh, Siddharth Pithani and AIIMS forensic team reached late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s house to recreate the crime scene.
