Actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death come as a big shock to his fans and his colleagues from the showbiz industry. After the Kedarnath star's demise, Rhea Chakraborty and her entire family including her parents and brother have been facing the heat by authorities and the public. Now, Rhea's brother Showik disabled his Instagram’s comment section on his Instagram post which features Sushant Singh Rajput. Post the actor's demise, the Chakraborty's have been getting all kinds of comments on social media. Few days after, Sushant's demise, Showik Chakraborty took to Instagram to reminisce happy memories with late actor. In the post, he reveals that the news of his death was difficult to digest. Calling Sushant a brother, he said that a part of him will never come in terms with the loss.
Earlier after the CBI named, Showik Chakraborty as one of the accused in the FIR along with Rhea and her parents the entire family came under the scanner of ED. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned Showik Chakraborty, brother of actor Rhea Chakraborty, for about 18 hours in connection with a money laundering case. Showik Chakraborty left the central investigative agency's office around 6:30 AM after an overnight questioning session that began around noon on Saturday. Showik Chakraborty's statement was recorded under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and he was asked about his personal businesses, income, investments and financial dealings with his sister and Sushant Singh Rajput. He was grilled by the agency for a few hours on August 7 as well. On the same day, his sister and prime accused in the case Rhea Chakraborty, 28, was questioned by the agency for the first time for about eight hours. Rhea Chakraborty and her father Indrajit Chakraborty have been summoned to appear before the agency again on Monday.
