However, it has been learned that the Kapoor family is not tested positive for COVID-19. The news was confirmed by Ranbir's sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahani  on her Instagram.

Sharing the same on her handle, she said, "Attention seeking ??? Least verify/ clarify ! We are fit We are good ! Stop spreading rumours ! #lunatics"This confirmation comes in shortly after both Amitabh and Abhishek issued statements on their official handles to inform those who were in close proximity with them, to get themselves tested. Ranbir's sister Riddhima Kapoor had hosted a birthday party for mom Neetu Kapoor on his birthday recently and it was attended by Big B's grandson Agastya Nanda.
