Superstar Salman Khan has been in the forefront helping citizens towards India’s fight against the pandemic. On Wednesday, the actor took to his Instagram to share that he along with politicians Baba Siddique and Zeeshan Siddique has arranged 500 oxygen concentrators for COVID-19 patients. In his Instagram post, Salman revealed that the concentrators will be given free of cost to those in need and one could call the helpline number mentioned in his post or tag/DM him to get it. He also urged that the person taking the concentrator return it once they are done using it. Alongside a photo of the concentrators packed to be distributed, Salman Khan wrote, "Our first lot of 500 oxygen concentrators have reached Mumbai. Covid positive patients who need these oxygen concentrators for an emergency situation can call us on 8451869785. Or you can tag/DM me. We will be giving these concentrators for free, pls return them once done using."

This is not the first time Salman Khan has come forward to extend his support to the people affected by the pandemic. Its spokesperson later said in a statement that  4.2 million views of the film were recorded on the opening day. The film received a bumper opening on the first day.The film also stars Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff and Randeep Hooda. According to a trade source, the overall first-weekend collection of Radhe in India was Rs 10,432 on day one (Thursday, May 13). The collections rose to around Rs 22,518 on Friday, while Saturday and Sunday saw collections around Rs 13,485 each, which brought the four-day weekend collection to around Rs. 59,920.
