The Special Investigation Team of the CBI probing the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput is likely to question actress Rhea Chakraborty and other accused today. After questioning Siddharth Pithani, Neeraj, and Dipesh Sawant, the premier investigation agency visited the actor’s Bandra house with their forensic experts. Now, according to the latest report in Times Now, the CBI team might question the Jalebi actress. She has been accused in the FIR filed by the late actor’s father KK Singh in Patna, Bihar. Apart from Rhea, the CBI is also likely to question the other accused in the actor’s death case.
On August 23, Neeraj, Deepesh Sawant and Siddharth Pithani were called to DRDO's guest house in Mumbai, where the CBI team is staying, to record their statements. They were then taken to Sushant's Bandra flat, where he was found dead, to recreate the incident.A day earlier, on August 22, the CBI officials recorded statements of at least four more people apart from Sushant Singh Rajput’s cook Neeraj and manager Samuel Miranda. The CBI team, consisting of four senior IPS officers reached Mumbai on August 20. Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his flat in Mumbai's Bandra. Mumbai Police, which was investigation the case earlier declared it a suicide.
