After three days of continous grilling, Rhea Chakraborty has been arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai for alleged drug links. Reacting to the same, her lawyer, Satish Manshinde shared in a statement, “Travesty of Justice. 3 Central Agencies hounding a single Woman, just because she was in love with a Drug Addict and was suffering from Mental Health issues for several years under the care of 5 Leading Psychiatrists in Mumbai, who ended up committing suicide due to consumption of Illegally Administered Medicines and used drugs.”
Before her first interrogation by the NCB, Maneshinde said,"Rhea Chakraborty is ready for Arrest as this is a Witch Hunt and if Loving someone is a crime she will face the consequences of her love. Being innocent, She has not approached any court for Anticipatory Bail in all the Cases foisted by Bihar Police now with CBI, ED and NCB.” According to latest reports, Rhea will soon be taken for a medical test and will reportedly be produced in court tomorrow. According to Times Now, during the interrogation, Rhea had revealed names of several Bollywood actors, directors and producers who were allegedly related to a drugs cartel. And the NCB is expected to summon them post proper verification. Her brother Showik and Sushant's house manager, were earlier taken into custody by the NCB for their alleged drug links.
